The Primary Standard Industry Classification Code is a standardized method of classifying the industry in which your business operates. If you have already filed taxes for your business or official documents, you may have needed to determine your code already. If not, you can learn more about how the codes are structured and more easily look up where your business fits using resources here or by scrolling the list in the drop-down menu for this field.
The Number of Employees field pertains to full-time and part-time employees. You do not need to include people who are 1099 independent contractors or those you intend to hire with the proceeds of the offering.
If your company is listed on a stock exchange, you can provide the Stock Exchange Name, and Stock Exchange Symbol through these fields.
A Company can have multiple addresses, but one address must be the official one that is a physical location (that cannot be a PO box) and is used on official documents. This address should be provided as the Physical Address for the company. Securities regulations require that a Physical Address be provided for companies creating investment campaigns. If the company has a Mailing Address that is different from the Physical Address, it can be provided separately. The address that will be displayed in the profile can be selected by choosing the option to Show this Address on Public Profile on the appropriate address.
