Security Campaign Builder - 4 - Directors and Officers
Add officers and directors to your company profile. If they are members of the Umergence community, simply start typing their name and add them to the company profile. If they are not yet part of the Umergence community, scroll in the list and choose Invite User. This will provide you the ability to email an invitation, while the invitation is pending, they will appear in the company profile until they accept. Once the Equity Campaign is submitted for review, all officers and directors will have a background check completed as part of the issuer background check.
